FFFF**** THAT is awesome! Nice alignment and no mini mini folds.
Good job, man. Love the textures; simple yet awesome.

The only flaw is that it's not a PDF. You should look into CutePDF so you can just push 'print' on Pepakura and select your printer to be the CutePDF writer. That gives you PDFs quickly and for free, which means optimal print-quality cool2.gif

PDF, eh..

I dunno, don't most printers have alignment and quality options?

Yeah, but my point still stands. Printing that very image will result as a lossy bitmap image, whereas with the PDF plug-in, you could not only have a small file, but also the art itself the best possible quality, but also the lines as separate vector lines, which means absolutely no pixelation, and also the best possible printing outcome.
Regardless of what options your printer has, that image's quality can't be pushed for the better.

On a note, I think the bitmap print/vector print has to be set somewhere in Pepakura's preferences.
