I have such a fun time playing with them (Toon Link especially) even though Game 'n' Watch is my default. I agree, Roy was extremely cool. I was more of a Marth player in Melee (though I still used Game 'n' Watch then, too) but his character was very well rounded, and fun to fight, not just play as. I was really hoping he'd be in Brawl, but Ike wasn't a bad replacement. The man can do some SERIOUS damage. Wasn't ever a big fan of Fox, but Falco in melee got me into their gameplay style a little more. I was glad they didn't keep him a clone in Brawl, and he's actually become my Sub-default now. I really like Pikachu too. Hanging back on the sidelines while two people are absent-mindedly duking it out, and Volt Tackling right into them at max power is pretty fun. His smash attacks aren't bad either.

Though to many people Thunder spam which kinda gives Pikachu a bad name...

As a pikachu player I can't understand thunder spammers. Huge gaping window of vulnerability if you use it on ground, slightly delayed gaping window of vulnerability if you use it in air. Don't get me wrong, DA followed by thunder is a very effective way to KO on stages with low ceilings, but just spamming it seems dumb. Which of course begs the question: if a no-talent hack like zash thinks it's without merit, why do people do it?
