I remember when I did this a few months ago. I never went back, I still only drink juice and water.

I tried drinking a Mountain Dew last weekend. The sugar was way too much. I don't know how I was able to drink them non-stop before.

My replacement is Gatorade, its just as good.

Get some Tropicana. It's the ****.

I drink mostly diet. Coke in particular, is too .. "thick" on its own.

But good, there's really no benefit to drinking soda regardless of what it is. I need to back off from it more myself.

I did this once

Lipton's Green Tea has kept me off of sodas for months, with a very rare root beer or cream soda on occasion.

I went over a month once. Now when I try to drink a diet Coke or diet Pepsi, it taste like bitter water. So now I tend to stick to normal soda/lemon-lime soda/Canada Dry, or water.

I drink a LOT of water.
