First one's pretty cool.

I don't like the colors on Dedede, but it's still pretty nice.

And the little mockup is nice, but I couldn't imagine playing it.

But definitely those sprites are super awesome. Something about Dedede's beak bothers me, though.. Maybe it's too flat? I dunno, I zoomed in so I could say 'it doesn't have any shading' only to discover that it does... Maybe it's too vague and ineffective?
I dunno, but Xoda is ****ing badass.

Dedede's beak bothered me a lot. I was having trouble giving it real depth so I didn't both. 8(

Countless anatomy issues going on with Xoda, and by that I don't mean human anatomy. Why is she so fat? In Noitu Love(2) she already is in a somewhat chibi state, please explain to me your art direction on her body, the head looks nice though.

The dedede is a little blocky. But wonderful colors.

I like the pallete in the last one but it seems you aren't using the tiles to their advantage nor are they set up to be used well. If the character was used as I tile in a huge 100x100 tiles game room it would take me a while to find him, he looks too much like the tiles, make the tile darker or lighter than the character.
