Do you smoke or consume more than triple the normal level of caffeine? Just stop doing that for a bit and pick up a joint.

Cook loads of food while you're rolling and it'll be done by the time you remember. This happens to me all the time. But yeah it's really unhealthy.

it happened to me when i suddenly started to feel really sick (not vomiting but just...sick) and i was ****ting all day
it was horrible
its good cuz i dropped like 3 kilos that period of time
i recommend you wait and drink something. stay in bed etc
