I am not the flirtatious type, so those are general compliments. Or at least the first one is. The other two are just statements.
Actually, I am not sure if calling someone thin is even a compliment... In this case I guess, but otherwise...

In Medaf's defense, it is a compliment to anyone explicitly wishing to be thin/skinny. Also, I think he may be implying it's flirtatious in the helpful, picking-the-girl-up-off-her-feet sense of the word (wherein you generally shower a girl with little to know confidence in herself with a menagerie of half-false compliments to win her heart).

Though, in your defense, I wouldn't personally take this as flirting, or anything more than just statements of flat-out fact/opinion.

Also, I think both of you should take this sort of little spat to AIM/PMs because MFGG doesn't need any more drama.
