4. No legendaries

Also: I vote you're not allowed to use any pokemon past your region. SO YOU CAN'T USE ANY HOENN POKEMON IN THE JOHTO REGION (or any of their moves.)

I think it's more fun that way. :>

If we temper it with something like 4 out of 6 must be gym type and only 1 instance of another type in the last two slots i'd go for this

otherwise it gets to be less gym teams and more LOOK IT'S A REAL COMPETITIVE TEAM
