well there's essentially two regions with leaders

afaik we're at 8 gyms for each region so far(might have an overfill in oldbie region but mecha never actually posted so) long as a type's not taken in a region it's yours for the taking.

IMO, we should have 12 in each region, and after a regional tourney the top 4 become the elite 4. sound good?

Are we gonna designate a specific server

long as the registry stays up, op frequents marii-golden arena.

it's usually at low population so it's as good a choice as any imo

edit: and i'll probably be idling there all night for anyone wanting to test

Okay, first post should be updated.

Ashura- you have water, but I put you on the second list because Ryoga asked for water first, so that way you're both happy.

And now there are ten from each region; we'll have a tourney maybe tomorrow to decide the elite four. The top two from each region will duke it out, and their ranking is their rank in the elite four.

Also, since everybody has a problem with this:

The regions are just symbolic. For the most part, people who are 05 and before are in the first set, and 06 and after are in the second set. Had to break the rule a few times, but otherwise, that's it. Every person in either region can use any pokemon from any generation they want to, as long as it fits in with the rules outlined in the first post, okay?

Also, the first letters of the region names are very symbolic of the times people joined.

Also still toying with my team. I'm not sure what to change Shuckle to yet.

froslass is NOWHERE near as cheap as yanmega, crobat or gengar

Yanmega has a 4x weakness to Stealth Rock and has mediocre defenses, so I don't see your point here. Any special wall will take care of most sets.

That depends on who you are battling. Poison types usually fight cheap but are really weak in the long run.

Either Yanmega isn't that bad or I can't use him right. Probably the latter.

though crobat and gengar (who yanmega ends up outspeeding) are indeed pretty irritating

Anyway I'm ready to battle, just name the server.
