I think we, as a nintendo fangaming community, kind of take Nintendo's embracing things like this as a given.

Not all companies are like Nintendo on using their content though...

Its a game built on a platform they purchased.

How is this different from making a game in Gamemaker? (despite the fact that they're not using ANY of konami's resources as we do in our fangames)

I'm not saying Konami should sue or anything, just saying its possible.

If any action went against anyone, it'd be the creators here, and I'm pretty sure that they've stated that they don't really take any responsibility for what is put online.
