youre talking about the trees and baddies arent you? Yeah yeah I know... I gotta figure out a way to fix that It dosent lokk bad from afar but once you get up close it blurs out I think I can fix this by limiting how close things come to the player but im still gonna have to shrink those trees

Currently I am revamping my mario 666 engine. I have opted to change the old beta into a first person shooter. The fps will be a bonus game entitled "Super Mario 666: Death To All Koopas" bundled in with the new game. A 2D game consisting of classic Mario gameplay with 3D style graphics and the SM666 theme and storyline. The new game will be made using MMF instead of GM6. I have a few tricks up my sleeve for this one......

Edit>>>> There will be 2 mini games using the 3d engine. Death to all Koopas and Death To All Penguins. Just because I'm making a new engine, I'm not gonna scrap the levels I made for the old one it took too much time.....

QUOTE (Guinea @ Feb 28 2009, 12:01 PM)
there is also an engine test by Burnin'Leo which is in 3D.

Sorry to be off-topic, but where did BurninLeo post a 3D engine test? I haven't seen it before. (Also I did a search for it and came up with nothing.)

On-topic, how are people playing this if the link is removed? Are people requesting it through PMs? And why doesn't the creator just remove the music completely for the time being and then re-post a link?

It was removed by the mods (Guinea) for reasons listed earlier, I believe.

Yes I have removed the music and replaced it with something else and I will put the link up tonite when I finish tweaking the glitches Guinea mentioned earlier. But that game is now a small part of the new engine that won't be ready for submitting until next week at earliest. I wont distribute the old file to you grant because of its content but the new one will be ready later tonite as I said before.

Oh my bad. I meant YOUR game >_>

EDIT: Glad you took our criticism into consideration and plan on continuing this project, Mr Bonez. Good luck!
