Okay, let me rephrase that. Having a super fast, super strong character with a big weapon and a super fast homing killer attack that does an unreasonable amount of damage battle a foe which lacks all of these skills is a perfect way to completely ruin the game balance.

Ooh, he can count!  And big numbers even! I'm soooo impressed! So you want a word-for-word explaination of everything, huh? Well, let's take your example then. After the attack, Hanyou has 500 HP his enemy has 200 HP. Pretty unfair, huh? But oh, of course it takes some time for them to get enough energy for this big attack. Enough time for both sides to take battle damage. What exactly is not 100%? 90%? 80%? Heck, 50% even? This doesn't make the character more balanced at all, it just makes him depend more on luck instead of skill.
Face it, one character is hopelessly overpowered and it's not much fun to play. For me, at least. Perhaps before making multiple versions of your game with different characters you should first think about basic basic game making stuff like game balance (and as a game maker you should at least have heared of it).
There. Specific enough, or do I have to spell it out for you?

@Toni: Okay, considering I had a hell of a time trying to beat my own character (it took me several tries to actually beat Kitsune), I thought Hanyou having a strong somewhat stronger super evened things out, but okay. Fine I'll just make Hanyou weaker. Is that what you'd like? As for the game balance term, no, I've never heard of it. I just make them and the difficulty increases as you go up in level. And believe me, I thought Hanyou was pretty hard as hell to fight since Kitsune kept knocking the statues at him. Besides, I DO have an opensourced version of the game anyway. If there's something you'd like to do/add/whatever, take that, make your edits, give me credit. @Web: Thanks for whining without giving any real help.

you just need to shoot at hanyou, and he stops his attack. I've only fallen to Hanyou Rave once
