No. We shouldn't ban people whose first 500 posts are in the help forum by applying the "stupidity rule". Let me explain why.
The stupidity rule isn't even a "rule". It's so flexible because it encompasses the main rules but has no real limits, so the only true limits are the mod in question's mood that day.
Therefore, calling for a "STUPIDITY RULE BAN" is a stupid idea in itself and it should be a bannable offense, except not because that would create a paradox.
Every new member (that isn't an IP double) deserves a chance. I know this is like saying I WILL NOT TOLERATE ELITISM IN ANY WAY OR FORM WHATSOEVER which in itself is elitist, but when you look at it from the point of view where EVERY SINGLE ACTION can be snapped to the stupidity principle (let's call it that now), saying something like it isn't, really, y'know, elitist.
