I was not "rubbing it in your face", but there is a reason why people always mention it to you. It is not too difficult to figure out.

in terms of mfgg posting times, yeah, two hours is nothing.

in terms of when mods are on, yeah, two hours is nothing.

in terms of a topic's lifespan, yeah, two hours is nothing.

in terms of real time and how it relates to people(and their tempers), however, two hours is more than enough time to hop off the internet(or at least mfgg), do something constructive, and forget all about why you got mad in the first place. bring the original argument back up as a party uninvolved only causes the situation to face a possible re-flaring of tempers. in cases like this, if someone felt there was a problem two hours after the apparent cessation of hostilities, wouldn't the report button be more prudent? or am i missing my mark completely and we're shooting for inefficacy now?
