Apparently we were using too much of the connection they provided, and insisted on us installing spyware to the computers so that they could be monitored, otherwise they would not let us connect.

Then after a long conversation, they apologized and gave us access again.

Comcast has invested a lot in infrastructure around here in the last 6 years or so. I can't complain about the service.

I use comcast. The only problems we have here are the occasional construction-induced connection failure, and those don't last long.
