No big deal at all, infact, I have a friend who seems to be addicted to SMBASQ just because I showed it to him one day in CL

but that guy who told on you

he just went ****ing bat-insane because he can't make a game that's as good as yours, no matter how good your game really is

so he flipped

swap out the graphics, then you can get right back to it

This is totally true, I know first hand.

A few years back, I made a little flash game, using SMB sprites I ripped myself and e-mailed it to my friend. He posted it on N-Sider and few days later, I got a very threatening email from a Nintendo representative. He warned me that if the game wasn't removed instantly, legal action would be taken. Unfortunately, I got the email too late.

The next midnight, a dozen or so helicopters and armored cars surrounded my apartment. Many men with large rifles bashed down the door and poured into my home. They busted down all doors and any means of communication such as TVs and phones. My computer with all of my schoolwork was bashed into pieces with a golf driver. I was smashed over the head with the butt of a gun, dragged into a car, and driven across the city to an empty room somewhere. I was beaten severely to an inch of my life with wood baseball bats. They forced me to agree never to even touch a Mario sprite again. I was then stabbed in the eyes and thrown into a shallow pond in some park.

So yeah don't mess with Nintendo.

If the principle is gone for the day. That person is in charge for that day. Basically its a back up principle.
