So it's 2D and not an FPS, okay. That seems like a bit of a downgrade, if you ask me. Also the general idea is pretty much the same. Two teams, nine different classes to utilize, conflicting objectives, so on and so forth.

I didn't enjoy what they offered after sampling.

The transition from 3D to 2D doesn't farewell in my books. I'll take a 3D fps version of Team Fortress 2 over a 2D sidescrolling version.

that doesn't mean it's a downgrade

it just means you like fpses more than 2d 3rd person shooters

different servers offer different lag
i've found the /v/ server usually doesn't lag as much, and the heaven server lags a bit

It's still fun every once in a while. The main problem is that it's way too easy to just shield up your base with sentries and sticky bombs, and the team that doesn't have 4 people wanting to play engineer is at a loss.
8 people on a server is usually the golden number.
