Prince of Persia Movie

6 Group: Admins Posts: 8600 Member No.: 893 Joined: 15-March 05 Status: (0d)	For those who don't know, this movie is made by Jerry Bruckheimer and stars Jake Gyllenhaal as the Prince. Jorden Mechner is also involved, so I'm excited. The story line is loosely based on the Sands of Time trilogy. Apparently there have been videos around for quite some time on this little site here: http://persia.moviechronicles.com/ I can't believe I haven't seen them earlier. And I have to say those scenes and costumes look really good, and I like Gyllenhaal as the Prince. Who else is excited?

Disney is behind the movie and since Jorden Mechner (creator of the series) was involved or created the script I'm very excited. I just hope they leave out warrior within's plot if they plan on adapting the entire trilogy... (and he's actually a director, so he knows the movie business) Also, Jerry Bruckheimer has made a ride in Disneyland into a great trilogy, so why not a game that should have been a movie in the first place?
