Ive lucked out, The contents of the envelope were for a charity program to cover the bill. I'd been dreading a $200.00+ bill for that dog bite for the last 4 days. (I still haven't got the bill) Maybe ill actually get some sleep tonight.

I got 6 stitches in my leg and half a bottle of anesthetic
