Americas internet infrastructure isn't the best.

I'd see onlive working in europe, perhaps. Here in sweden you can't even buy "unlimited" plans. It's even hard finding limited ones.

I mean hell, if I upgraded my connection, I'd get less than 100ms ping on servers in germany.
