Not the game industry, not the software industry, just no.

Trying to NOT be one of the endless hordes of teenagers during the 2000s who decide they're going to become VIDYA GAEM MAKERS and think that with all the other thousands of kids wanting this job, they'll be doing anything but being a code monkey.

Making games is real fun, but being forced to make certain games that I really don't agree with (like how UbiSoft killed Rayman) isn't something I'd want to get into. On top of that, software programming isn't really something I'd like to do either, because it just seems so boring. Although, I'm far more likely to become a game developer. In fact, I was actually considering that it might be a good thing for me to teach programming (probably game dev) at a college/university some day. Of course, I don't know if that will happen either.
