Woohoo! Now I can have Improved Support for 32-Bit Intel CPUs in my C++ Programs!

Why? Because Intel knows how their CPUs are built, so they can make Compilers that give the Best Size and Speed for their CPUs.

Uh oh, I'm getting "Catastrophic error: could not set locale "" to allow processing of multibyte characters" when I try to compile. D:

AMD quit being better than intel at a cheaper price when core 2 came out

kinda hasn't changed at all since then, if you've ever seen phenom vs i7 benchmarks
