Sure the girls are cute but, like, I don't like that sort of cute and the depth of the writing is on-par with eiken. Why is this so popular? It doesn't even make you think, at all! At worst, someone might die and that's just so the cute little girl who's 17 but who actually looks like 12 can have a sparkly crying scene. What IS it with these lame and shallow animes? I also dislike moe. BUT I ALSO DISLIKE SHOUNEN. ...But never mind me, I dislike almost everything Japan is spewing out these days. It's the comedy boom, guys, we might have to wait a looooooooong time before a new good shounen comes out.

psst I'll be honest and say I actually kind of appreciate naruto because the fighting scenes are amazing

I hate all the filler **** but the fights are generally animated beautifully as opposed to anime like DBZ where it's all SUPER FAST PUNCHING SPEEDLINES and then 5 episodes of charging a chi blast or whatever the ****

(that is not how you do action OR build suspense)

Naruto** mixes things up a bit every plot, while Inuyasha is the same thing

*Ranma 1/2 only lasted forever on the whole "will they/won't they" thing between Akane and Ranma, but was really enjoyable otherwise
