My new copy of WarioWare Touched has a glitch!

I was playing my new copy of WarioWare Touched! this evening and having a fun time. I had beaten Wario's, Mona's, and Jimmy T.'s stages, and before getting any further I decided to beat the "Score over 30 points!" challenge with Jimmy T's stage. So I went and played it, and I got all the way to 34 points before getting game over; but before getting back to the menu, it just froze up! Disappointed, I "rebooted" the game and tried again, got to 31 points, and it froze again.

Has anybody else had this problem?

For information's sake, the copy I got was off of eBay, and airmailed from Japan; it is the English version, and was brand new in the box.

Maybe it was a fake version. Can you return it? if not maybe you should sell i to someone else. Or send it to nitendo!

It's most probably a cartridge malfunction.
