Depends. If you're a glutton who stuffs your face at McDonalds everyday then eating less is a GOOD thing for you. If you eat fairly well but decide "i'm going to eat 1 carrot a day from now on" you're setting yourself up for multiple kinds of disaster.

Eating WELL and exercise, not eatlessrofl.

You mean how people use meme's? Since you know, the internet is quite a useful resource of information..which has tons of daily articles/videos to discuss. Plus nearly everyone uses it daily,so I don't see why not.

Here's something that SERIOUSLY pisses me off.

Self-Proclaimed Feminists that want the same pay, the same treatment, and the same respect as men, but are completely content with the idea they can get away with doing 25-50% less work than men in the work force, simply because they are women.

For example, women that work in a job that requires manual labor, and are not required to do anything strenuous or possibly dangerous. However, said women will constantly moan about their jobs paying the men more, or the lack of raises/promotions they can get compared to men.

It pretty much disgusts me when these people believe it's a matter of looks, attractiveness, or something else, when the answer is FAR MORE obvious, and economically simple.

That's what fat people say.

My aunt lost a load of weight. She told me it's because she started eating less.

I've lost almost 40 pounds since january

by the way I never said eating less won't make you lose weight, I merely said it's a BAD way.

what i hate about our society is that al night in my town there are gunshots everywhere and I can't sleep with that!!!

I had a friend who was slightly overweight. He began eating less. i.e. he had a cookie and maybe a bottle of water every day


He pretty much became anorexic but wouldn't believe us.


And he did in fact lose weight. But he also got very sick in the process. Then again I have known many people who have simply eaten less and lost weight fine.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is, eating less CAN be fine, but obviously there is a limit to how much less you should be eating.




Also, one thing that bothers me about society is people who call people who are not fat at all fat.

People need to learn to differentiate between fat and fat faced.

So hey, something else that annoys me is people who need to emulate, download and pirate everything.
