Doesn't necessarily sound like a problem you have with the DSi, but just some bad luck.

Works like a charm. It's the only way I can get mine online at the moment.

here's the problem with that:

it requires windows 2000/XP or whatever

I'm stuck in the stone age of Windows 98

and yeah I know it isn't the DSi's fault...but I'm still pissed

Get a new Windows Operation System.

I can't get the USB Connector to work on Vista so, I recommend a router.

why not just get a wireless router or get a windows 98 compatible AP usb thingy.

Edit: Hey what, you can afford a DSi but you can't blow $40 on some wireless router?

again...router's cost money...and I can't find a 98 compatible USB thingy

and it's priorities...plus they don't make a wireless router anymore that is 98 compatible

dsi costs like 150 bucks IIRC

As Elly said, a wireless router is around 40 bucks.

right...i get that I spend money in an odd fashion and have screwed up priorities...

but as far as I can tell I can tell there isn't a router available today that can be run on 98...they all require 2000/xp/vista whatever

I used to have Windows 98 Pentium III

I got XP disc for free from a friend... and it worked fine. So like, just use a friend's disc, unless all your friends don't have the disc or if you just have no friends.

EDIT: I used it up until 2008 I think, then I got a laptop
