Good movie, but that spot is taken up by Toy Story and Incredibles. Toy Story 2 does get high tier, though.

God tier:
The Incredibles
Toy Story
Presto (yeah shorts that make you laugh WB/T&J style are god tier too)

High tier:
Everything else

Weird no real category tier:
All those pre-Toy Story shorts they used to make. Aah!

The thing about tier lists is that they have to be relative. You can't put EVERYTHING in High tier. Just because it's low doesn't mean it's bad.

probably because with pixar you expect "MAGICAL ADVENTURES WITH INCREDIBLE MAGICAL CREATURES" and you got a rat who cooks and a skinny guy who can't
