Augh. My voice acting sounds perfect to me, but sucky over a mic...

Are you sure it's your mic? Sometimes there are voices that I think I can do very well, but when I record it, it doesn't sound nearly as good. So you may sound like the character to YOURSELF but not when you actually hear it being played back. I could be wrong, it may BE your mic but usually when recording yourself it sounds a little different.

Hey guys don't forget, the bosses and other new characters need voices as well, and unlike voicing someone like Mario, you have more freedom.

Okay, if all goes according to plan, I should be able to get some recordings posted on Friday morning this week. Of course, I know that's a while still, but it's the first convenient time I'll have to record...

Okay, I finally got a chance to do a few samples. If you notice some slight buzzing, it's because my neighbor was mowing the lawn while I was recording.

Anyway, if I get chosen I'll record some better ones. Included are Mario, Luigi, and Waluigi.

I like your Waluigi, it's very accurate.

Luigi and Mario are also good. I can tell the difference to Martinet, but I still like them.

Mario and Luigi sound a bit deep.


As for Waluigi, doesn't he have a little bit of a nasal sound when he talks?

@Guinea: Yeah, none of them sound exactly like Martinet but I don't really try. If I tried to make them sound the same, they would sound forced, so they're more like my interpretations of the characters.

@Shyguy Grey: Deep, huh? I can't say I agree. Could you be more specific? Also, I tried to be "nasal-y" with Waluigi, but I guess I could go more.
