Sure.

So, after the due date for the entries, They are all put into one list. People then chose their 5 favourite entries, and vote for them. This process goes on for a day or two.

After it's over, The people with the most votes, their entries go into a final voting topic in which everyone votes for their one favorite entry. Whoever gets the most votes from this wins the competition. The person with the second most amount of votes wins second.
