Being a dragonfly and a nymph, there wouldn't be complete metamorphosis, just similar-looking instars.

Of course on the other hand being Pokemon all that sorta goes to hell.

Yeah but still, a dragonfly nymph is an aquatic flightless predator with shoot-out jaws. Poke-Robby here is just a stubby adult dragonfly.

Then again, we have Yanma, so I'll take this is the same thing

ps he actually turns into a mosquito

and I used nymph, since mosquito larvae are called nymphs.
I'm prolly gonna alter his design to make him more baby-looking, but then again, there are some rather adult looking first stages
