as in

close to actual instruments playing the sounds

and if there's an electronic sound in the midi, i find VSTi's that would work well for those sounds, or maybe replace them with something cool

i already explained the electronic instruments

as for real instruments, depending on the instrument, it'll be either digitally re-created and sampled, or i'll perform it myself (if i can actually play it, aka don't give me Clash on the Big Bridge from FF VII and expect me to play the organ)
