the arms need to move a bit, but aside from that, it looks awesome.
I thought you said you couldn't sprite.

Looks very nice, but the gun should be moving with the arm. The way the arm turns to keep the gun in the exact same place looks unnatural. The entire arm, shoulders included, should bob up and down with the rest of the body, with the gun perhaps bobbing a little more with a slight delay. I hope you know what I mean.

it's not a sprite, it's a flash animation soveryhappy.gif

what do you mean by arms, though

if you're talking about the gun, it's supposed to stay put (it's player-controlled, it isn't even supposed to be a part of the walk animation but i put it there to complete it)

i probably could add a bit of a bob to the gun though

Ah, okay, that's what I meant.
That's the only problem that's not a problem anymore.
Awesome job, your minigame entry will be cool (assuming that's what it is, since it's a ? block-robot-thing)

it's craptastic

Looks like a mixed bag to me, I mean the concept is great and the animation is fluid but it could look alot better.

i can see what you were aiming for with the shoulders, but if you'll recall the giant robot from the lava word of bomberman 64, his body rotated, thus causing the shoulders to move and bob, as such, you might consider having the body move, or else cut down the lateral movement of the shoulders.

If you want the gun to look natural while staying put, the shoulders should stay still as well, with the exception of bobbing with the body of course.
