Ive had this idea in my head for awhile. i hadn't done any comics starring normalman. And i was bored and drew up some sprites and animated them. I was extremely impressed and i knew i had to get started on a game. [URL=You can see the animated screenshots here.
http://archive.mfgg.net/index.php?showtopic=239190enjoy a spritesheet too while your at it.

Then i drew up a map, just to get an idea of the general layout of the game.

Its not going to be a very long game, but it has no definitive end, so technically it could last forever!
Ive Always wanted to take an art direction for making a video game. I was thinking about using gamemaker for the engine. Mostly becuase im familiar with it. But i would absolutely love some help on that. I was thinking about a very basic engine. Jumping, dying, talking to people, event triggers. Would anybody be willing to lend a hand on my project?
