Well, I've got a "soul power" type thing going on

so how's this: "The user draws out its soul to deliver a powerful attack, but faints in the process."

Pretty much.

why not keep the "psy-" name theme of the stronger psychic moves and call it Psychothrust or Psychobomb

Moar fakemon, then!

- A cartoony little dog infested with lotsa parasitic bugs. Evolves into a vicious-looking, diseased, shaggy hellhound literally blanketed with parasites

-An extremely tiny flea that appears in your team if you have an extra slot after capturing the dog. Evolves into a much larger, armor-plated, saw-toothed version

-A hagfish that becomes a slime-coated whale skeleton stuffed with moar hagfish

-A Swalot evo, basically a big pile of slithering intestines

-A fluffy owl-moth thing that becomes the Mothman

-A Lanturn evo that actually resembles a mean-looking deep sea anglerfish. If the Lanturn is male, however, it becomes a tiny, degenerate little thing that can't fight on its own but can be equipped to the female like an item, slowly recharging PP

That's really cool ideas, especially the "tiny flea" capture method, and the Lanturn male-female-cooperation.

I'll think of more moves today.
