Need help with dealing with that evil program

I have a silver soul. Group: Members Posts: 704 Member No.: 5071 Joined: 17-March 08 Status: (0d)	Again, I need some help with dealing with that evil program. You guys might thought I deleted the files for the program? No way, it's still back. It always blocked me from sites I was currently viewing and tell me that the site I was viewing have malicious software program. I know that some of you said that I have to get access to the installion direcorety or whatever it's called, but I don't know how to get to it. My dad installed Adware in case if something went wrong. Well, he did a virus scan, I think.

But still, the program, Personal Anti-Virus, won't quit annoying me. It won't let me see videos or play online games.
