What do you guys think?, MP3(4) Player choice

A while ago, I lost my Zen V Plus, and shockingly enough, it wasn't turned in or anything.

So now I want to save up to get a new music player. Preferably with video and radio, so an mp4 player, I guess.

The one in the think above looks great to me; nice design, everything I want, cheap, etc.
And I don't mind the smallness. I actually rather like it.

But I can't decide whether or not to get this one, another Zen V Plus, or save up more for a more expensive one.

So, I ask MFGG's opinion. Just, please, if you suggest another brand, I will ignore all iPod suggestions. I don't know why, but I don't like iPods.

(And 2GB is enough for me... I mean, yeah, I guess, it is only and extra $20 for a 4GB, so I guess that is an option.

Oh, and I also like that built in speaker.

I'm partial to Zunes.

And 2gb is no where near enough.

Well I had a 2GB Zen V Plus.
Only had, like, 150 songs.

When I find an artist, song, or genre I like, that is how I fill it. And then I delete what I don't like.
Then I had one video(my other computer was slow, conversion took hours) that was 10 minutes.

I had about 1.2GB left.

But I will probably get a black 4GB.

I have a Zen Vision M, its godly. However, they don't really make it anymore. If you like switching music on your MP3 player a lot, a 3 or 4gb should suffice.

The new Zens are about 4gb and have huge screens, but I believe they cost a bunch. Ultimately up to you; though if you get the Zen V Plus again, make it a 4gb; videos can take up a LOT of space.

How can you people live with like.. 150 songs?

It wasn't like I could only hold that many. And I admit, the repetition got annoying.

I just got a cheap chinese one (4GB) for 19.99 from a local Future Shop, been working fine for 2 years now.

I got a 30 gb iPod video for my birthday... It's pretty good.

You too? I love my Zen so much; probably one of the most quality music/media purchases I've ever made!

Also, I encourage you to purchase a Creative media player because while not being as mainstream and well-known as Apple products, they're a lot sturdier and overall better quality than that iPod stuff.

iPod's just a gimmick; even if you don't get a Creative product, don't buy into the stupid Apple franchise.

If you have to get a name brand get a creative something without video.

I've heard the Mosaics are p. crappy, but any other Creative product might be fine.

Gonna have to agree with the comments on Creative products. I got myself a 30GB Vision M and it's perfect. I don't see myself needing to get a new player in years.

Price seems ok, but needs more than 4GB.

That's true, iPods are a lot more expensive than normal MP4s, just because of the brand.

strictly avoid iPod and Zune like the plague.

if you don't end up going Creative, I'd recommend Cowon iAudio. iAudio is the ****.

Zune's aren't actually too bad

iPods are ****ing awful though, why are they so popular

overall though the drag and drop mp3 players are king, death to proprietary media player management software
