OH MY GOD! THE LOVE IS BURNING MAH EYES!!!

Anyway, I remade the picture. It is in the form that shows in the galaxy select screen, which is why it looks so small. I'm still confused about the stuff in the program though... Information of this galaxy is in my first version picture.

I'm really pleased to see some creative ideas appearing in this comp. Keep 'em coming!

Well, it took me all day but I finished. Tall Tale Galaxy

Two things before I begin,
1. Apologies to Black Boo I was in no way attempting to mimic your entry
2. Sorry about the size
I made up a list of missions, I might mention number markers that correspond to areas on the map.
Mission 1 A Princess in Peril
Upon landing in front of the upper castle a frantic toad urges you to go inside, when you do you find a distraught toad king who explains that his daughter has been kidnapped by Ghosts, he then beacons you to save her. You use a mini star launcher to fly over the wall separating the castles and enter the lower one to a courtyard of many Boos one of which holds the princess, lure him into the beam of light in the center of the room and he'll drop the princess who will follow you back to the king who gives you a star in return.
Mission 2 Draco Piranha
The angle of the mini star launcher has been changed so that you land on to of the wall instead. When you do you go to the right star launcher you are blasted around the main planet and to a moon like area where Draco Petey is sleeping spin him in the face to begin the battle. Petey shoots fireballs at you while chasing you. Spin to put the fireballs out then throw the rocks that remain at him. After one shot to the face he gets angry and begins to fly wait till he lands to throw the next rock. He's finished, grab the star and celebrate.
Mission 3 Ginger bread house
After collecting all the star pieces a star launcher will appear (1) take it to the floating log. Kill the piranha plant (3) to open the vine and slide to the house planet. Grab a bo-bomb from the opposite side (4), blow up the house and grab the star. Almost Done
Mission 4 Which Witch
Grab a shell from the opposite side of the planet and blow up the chest (2) ride the launcher to the witch planet (5). She tells you she's making a potion and needs the asteroid she saw fall to the upper right hand planet. Use the pull stars to make it there and bat off some goombas to grab the rock and head back to her. She sticks it in the stew and out pops a star, she tells you that you can have it.

It makes sense sense to color it so that it's easier to tell what some of the basic objects are, but I kind of like how it turned out in black and white. We'll See.
Also, do you know how to make photobucket not resize your pictures? Because it was originally just black and white but then they scrunched it down a bit and added shades of grey. Maybe because it was a bitmap and not a png?

Shouldn't we start Top 5 Voting now?
Or give more time?

I plan to start Top 5 voting tomorrow afternoon at about the same time the competition began (in my timezone anyway), so if anyone is still working on an entry, it's not too late to get it in! You still have a few hours left!
