The engine is now CLOSED source We are now entering the stage at which the basic engine will have quite some content to it.
Since I'm also entering the phase of summer vacation, I will now use a lot of time on the CFP, in particular on the engine. Since nobody (except for a select few people) have ever modified it, I see no sense in having the source here. If you still want to help with the engine, you can post in the engine topic and request the latest version though. It will only be closed for the public.
The engine is now shifted to GM7 PRO exclusively The reasoning behind this is that GM7 pro has so many features that can make the experience of Mushroom Patrol tons and tons better than GM6. Especially my plans of working with Phlegm, GMenu and GDialogue (which are all GM7 extensions currently being written by me) and further extensions like them, like GWeather (working title I just came up with) will make the game better than GM6 could make it.
Phlegm I'm playing with the thought of using Phlegm on the CFP. This would give everyone, regardless of them having GM6, 7 or neither of them, the opportunity to create levels for the game. This depends solely on the successful further development of Phlegm which was on the halt in the past due to my occupation with university.
Cinematics Editor I was also thinking about an editor to create cinematics (aka ingame-graphics cutscenes) for the CFP, also independent of GM. This is only in theoretical stage at this point, but we'll see how it turns out. Phlegm, GMenu, GDialogue and GWeather (wt) have priority at this point.
