Guys, I actually can make this work.

There's this empty building for rent (it used to be a Friendly's) on route 28. For you people who've never been on Cape Cod before, route 28 is the place for business.

Walk down the street in any direction from (almost) any point for five minutes and you'll pass about 15-20 hotels/motels (plus other restaurants and stuff too). If you own a store on route 28 during the summer, you'll find yourself raped with tourists.

Let's just hope that place stays empty until I'm old enough to start a business.

I'll leave the cosplay outfits for Cosplay Fridays up to you. You go out there and find someone who willing to produce cosplay outfits of anime/video game characters for our business as long as they're cheap.


And every Friday can't be Lucky Star themed (maybe every other Friday)

go to some otaku forum, I bet there'll be tons of super kawaii girls there that could work for you (keep in mind that by the time this is up and running, they'll be older)
