Pft. Aesthetics go a long way... I mean god I hate the XP theme, it looks like a stupid chewing toy.

Despite XP being pretty okay I can't just get over the plastic toy-ness...

If that was the case then maybe she'd be looking out for Arc Rise Phantasia and Tales of Graces.

many people are bringing up the argument that everyone thats not a gamer likes the casual games but thats my point....Nintendo gamers don't get very much! I mean yes there ARE good titles like the new galaxy and NSMB and all sorts of a few other games, but the vast majority is just shovelfuls of party games with miis mixed in. The color scheme is a beef with me because even though yes, Gamecube was a ghastly purple and N64 looks like the pit bull of game consoles, Nintendo is supposed to be mostly grey and the logo should be red. and their website and most of their other things have the Nintendo logo gray now. Most people are like "wtf its colors big deal" but the red to grey is like a visual presentation of the draining of all the fun from nintendo. Its like they just want money now and dont care what their core fans think.

and to add to this, Nintendo games have always been pretty casual. Nintendo likes making games that are easy to pick up and get into. Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc. have always been pretty simple games.

seriously freaking out because Nintendo has a new IP (the Mii series of games) is just plain dumb. You don't like them, don't play them. Your Mario, Zelda, Metroid, whatever games are still coming out and pretty much the same rate, if not at a faster rate than they used to.

What the- Where do you get that from?

Besides, it's been proven that seeing the color red entices you to spend, so removing the red should mean exactly the opposite

well the NES was grey, the SNES was grey the original GameBoy was grey the original GBA SP was grey the special edition Gamecube was grey the original DS was grey.

And most of what i say is just my interpretation. I just dont think the wii is much fun anymore.

But the DS is still going strong.

The only thing Nintendo has me disappointed in is the fact that they don't want to release Fatal Frame 4 to the rest of the world. Curse Nintendo and their publishing rights!
