Yeah just not the smart choice Metas that will just use Earthquake anyway :p

These are the Pokemon mostly regarded as the "best" out of non-ubers. They're used the most often in competitive play.

EV training and rarely IVs come to be very important, as do natures. A team needs to be able to handle threats of all kinds, and preferably have a couple of walls such as Skarmory, Blissey, or Cresselia. You'll want to outspeed your opponent and take out everything s/he throws at you. It can actually get very interesting at points!
