60 is also very unlikely and impossible to be in, let alone be considered 'chilly' but I think you're thinking Fahrenheit in which case you should've converted it to Celsius seeing as the topic is all in Celsius 8)

Having two seperate systems is what makes things more complicated. Though since Celcius is used more in the world, It would be nice to switch to it. I also much prefer the metric system. Everything is simpler when it's all multiples of ten and not 12 inches = 1 foot. 3 feet = one yard. 5280 feet = 1 mile. It makes conversion much more complicated than it needs to be.
