Luigi's Boot Bounce, MGC #48 ENTRY

If it's okay to have two active topics in Fangame Discussion, I'll post this here.

Waluigi has challenged Luigi to a duel to see who can win over Princess Daisy's heart! But unfortunately, their Karts were in the shop, there were no parties taking place, and its not the season for any type of sport at all.

So, the only thing to do was... ride Goomba Shoes?!

Controls:
Left and Right Arrows - Change Luigi's direction
Shift - Jump to move foward. (Holding Control will make you move farther!)
Up Arrow - Bounce a little bit forward.

So far, there is only one playable level with a few obstacles. I'll be adding more stages, and maybe items.

Waluigi bounces further than luigi, you can't win.

But you can bounce with up at the start whilst you're supposed to be standing still.

Did you hold Control? I made Waluigi have the same speed as Luigi, so it is possible to win.

I'll be fixing that right away.

This is pretty fun so far.
You should add more obstacles and items, though. Most of the time the race is pretty one sided.

It's pretty cool but for some reason it feels clunky and not really as fluent as it should. Enjoyable though.

do you ever need to press anything but shift while holding ctrl

How so?

@Mecha the Slag: You can press the Up Arrow to inch a little bit further, or press Shift without holding Control.

@Doodleboy: Thanks, and I'll definitely be adding more obstacles and a few other gimmicks...
