I can't beat the ****ing final boss. its pissing me off. Has anyone else ever played this game?

Yes it is.
It's a system that died way before it could even really live.
iirc it didn't even have a real Sonic platformer.
any Sega platform or handheld that didn't have a Sonic platformer is obscure.

The Saturn had a pretty decent run in Japan.
The American marketing got botched, and very few games released in Japan actually had come out over here.
I liked the console itself, but if you were actually going to hold a decent experience tied to it, you'd need to import a lot of games.
