Anyway it looks really good but the mustache seems a little crooked.

we couldn't sprite existing characters!!!!!! ):

Yeah, the perspective is a little off.

I would raise the right side of the moustache (his left side) by a pixel or two.

And something about the nose on that side seems odd as well. I'd raise that a bit too, if possible.
