I decided to try out Avast!, yet for some reason, it does not like MFGG and will not let me get on. The only reason I am on now is because I disabled the Antivirus in it. Are there any conflicts between it and Firefox? I doubt it, but you never know.

All I get from MFGG is "The Network has reset while loading the Webpage", and that's ONLY when Avast! is turned on.

That's usually a slow internet problem, not an antivirus problem.

Which versions of avast and firefox are you using?

I'm using 2.8 and 3.5 respectively, and it works just fine

4.8 and 3.5.

Oh, I said 2.8?

Yeah I meant 4.8

I don't know what could be causing it, but you can disable certain on-access providers and see if that helps

I only have the standard shield and web shield enabled; see if that makes any difference

Alright, it's the Web Shield that's causing problems.

Same here. And I get those "the connection has been reset" messages and the like when I log onto everywhere. All I do is refresh the page and I'm good to go.

I'm not available for battling at this time, because Nintendo thought it was a good idea to completely remove Ditto hunting from Pokemon Platinum.
