Why isn't there a Cave Story skin?

My post is to the right. Yeah, I saw a pokemon skin (which wasn't finished) being made and there was a lot of back and forth with trying to get things to work well and colour choices etc.

I know it'd take a while too.

Don't we have enough skins already?

Overall even if we were to have another skin, I'd rather have something a bit more enjoyable.
