If they're incomplete they're usually not put in the voting.

Not sure how many entries that would leave right now, but this comp has been going on for way too long. If there are only a few complete entries I say just make a final vote with them.

So in conclusion, most entries can't make it to the final, and do we even have 5 entries that are animated, not including simple blinking animation.
