Just now, I plugged in my brother's iPod, it's not recognizing the device, says it's corrupted etc, won't sync, and NOW it's not recognizing my external : (

I'm really distressed.

Sometimes I think that simplifying and getting a Mac would be BETTER, since all I do at this point is browse the internet and listen to music, and nearly all the programs I use are Mac compatible. No hardware issues or OS issues.

What.

It's not just the issue of my bro having a ****ty iPod shuffle, it's the fact that now my EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE ISN'T BEING RECOGNIZED BY WINDOWS XP.

I've had three so far, and they've all worked great.

You think your Dell is bad? Try a Gateway.

Toshiba is the only reliable Microsoft computer.

What about HP?

Or a ****ING ALIENWARE.

It's a subsidiary of Dell, but:

QUOTE (Alienware Website)
The Alienware ALX X58 desktop offers up to 4TB of hard drive capacity. Users can even choose dual 256GB solid state drives for the most stable, secure storage option available. By equipping each and every ALX with standard DDR3 1600MHz memory, Alienware ensures that data retrieval is seamless and lag-free. Up to 12GB of low latency memory give the ALX unprecedented multitasking capabilities.
