Autobomb Rush!

Eh, I was going to enter into the MGC, but I got tired of working on my entry. I'm just posting it here to see what sort of response I can get.

Story:
You control an Autobomb pilot. General Guy has ordered you to take a small force and and invade an enemy stronghold and capture an important object.
Unfortunately, along the way, your troops are ambushed and captured. To make matters worse, while escaping, you have exhausted your vehicle's fuel.
Now, you must rescue your comrades and complete the mission.

Controls:
Left: fire cannon to the left
Right: fire cannon to the right
Down: "crouch" ... so to speak...
X: Jump

Since you're out of fuel, you'll have to propel yourself using the strong force of the cannons.

the bouncing needs to be altered or removed entirely, and the velocity is really ugly, frustrating and slow

but elsewise this is a fantastic game and I enjoyed it

Hey this is quite cool. It takes some getting used to the inverse controls, but after that I think it plays nice. Also, is it possible to die? Seems the troops always handles the enemy.

Enemies just push you around. You can't die yourself, just your troops. The main idea of the game was to keep as many of your guys as possible.

BTW, level 4 is TOTALLY wip...
