Twitching can be caused by stress, tiredness, straining the muscle etc.

Are you doing any more physical work now than you usually would be, are you getting much sleep?

just the usual grunt work.

I had been digging a ditch for a water pipe.
Put up a barbed wire fence the day before.

Helped a stranger change a tire on there truck cause they didn't have a jack
(come to think of it, I popped my shoulder doing this)

I had to install a big screen TV for the neighbors.

Stomp down the bin of soda cans behind the house...

If you have an opportunity, maybe lighten your work load a little and see if that makes any difference.

The heat may have something to do with it, too.

the heat is the reason Ive been freezing our water and Gatorade.
the only drink I bring that isn't actually cold is coffee.

Although that can only do so much to beat the heat.
working in an old forest fire aria,
there is no shade.

(I know the heat is what gives me that splitting headache at the end of the day)

-------Edit------
I neglected to mention that we have taken the last few days off while we wait for the client to return

My house has a large swamp cooler that works well.
